Our standard terms & conditions are as follows:
1. Order/consignment contents must be checked and note marked accordingly before signing. Claims will not be accepted if this procedure is not adhered to or consignment note is marked unchecked.
2. Claims in respect of shortage, defect or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date.
3. All goods & services listed on the invoice remain the property of Direct Signs (UK) Ltd until paid for in full.
4. Direct Signs (UK) Ltd reserves the right to recover such goods and any expenses, legal or otherwise, incurred in the course of that recovery.
5. Direct Signs (UK) Ltd do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part.
6. Carriage charges refer to UK mainland only, please refer to our Customer Services Department for any other service.
