Before cleaning switch off/disconnect power supply at mains. Filling pan beyond recommended level must be avoided. To prevent frothing and subsequent overflow all food must be dried before immersion in oil. When frying is finished always return thermostat to zero. When draining, ensure receptacle is large enough to contain friar contents, clean up all spillages immediately and always maintain constant vigilance. – Code M118
